The first thing to do is to join an affiliate program then select the products you intend to sell. The owners of the products would provide you with an affiliate code you can use for referring traffic to the main site. Also, you will be offered banners, text links and several forms of creative copies in which you just copy and paste the code on your own site to refer traffic. Any interested customer who clicks on the links your website will be redirected to the main site where the product is sold and if they pay for the product or subscribe to a program/service and indicate you as the referral, you get a certain percentage as commission.
There’s also the issue of declining organic reach on the platform. The newsfeed algorithm now makes it harder to earn high organic reach. If video content is particularly popular, however, then there may be an opportunity for content creators to capitalize.
To sum it all up, making your first affiliate commission requires a bit of work but if you break it all down and follow it step by step, it won’t seem so overwhelming at all. Here’s a quick recap of what you need to do:

On one hand, you have a seller yelling at you to sell their house and get the loan out of their name; regardless of how long a time frame you have to get it done. On the other hand, you have a B/C credit buyer that is far less than motivated to do what he/she needs to actually finance the house. If you engage in this type of transaction, you MUST have a thick skin and be ready to deal with lawsuits, headaches and no where near the profit potential you have been promised by the “Gurus.” I have over twenty Lease Options going on at this very moment. I still do them, but I am very cautious and semi-reluctant to pursue more. The main reason for this is there is easier money to be made in Real Estate, and I will show you not only what it is, but how to do it….. the right way.

Hi Chris, that’s an awesome post. I’m just starting with IM myself and am shopping around for strategies. In your experience, what’s the ratio between authority-type sites and mini sites (how many minis are needed to create as much income as one authority)? Thanks for sharing these tips!
